Overall Satisfaction with EverString

EverString (ES) is being used by our sales and marketing team.

This helps qualify better leads by finding intent topics that match our ideal customer. The ES score allows me to better cater to emails, the structure of phone call conversations, and deal proposal. Being brand new to the company this has allowed me to gain a good start with quality leads.

  • Sometimes the Everstring info will not load correctly within Salesforce
  • Intent scores can be inaccurate or out of date
I am new to the company personally speaking and am in the Business Development side of things within sales. It took very little time for me to learn how ES works and how to use this to my advantage with intent topics and best suitable matches for what I am selling!
I am very satisfied with EverString's ability to identify the best fit accounts to pursue. Overall this has proven to be a crucial tool to success for both myself and the entire team. This allowed me to ramp up quickly within the company and become a better team player faster.
I have attempted to use this enrich feature without any luck or changes to the current information I have.
I do not work on the marketing side of things so this is not overly applicable to me.
I cannot really speak to this as I have only been with the company for a few weeks time. In that I was able to ramp up quickly and sift through accounts to find ones with the best intent scores that match topics I am selling in. Personally this has created alot of success for myself.
It has had a positive impact for myself in terms of my sales. The quality of my leads, opportunities, and deals have proven to increase due to using EverString. This way I can prioritize my reach outs to existing accounts due to intent topics and intent scores. This grants me higher success.
I have not used anything like this prior.
EverString is well suited for the sales operations and marketing teams. Allowing them to better cater to marketing collateral, feature launch info, and which intent is best to advertise to. For sales ops its great to find priority in which contacts or leads should be reached out to first and to which subject or topic is best to sell on.
