EvolutionX really helps us to bring more insights and outputs for the business, even though we are shaking hands with B2B or B2C. To be frank, we haven't tried any other products apart from EvolutionX, as this was one of the tested software's during the initial phase. We didn't have a chance, and we don't really want to switch between any other products. We are happy with EvoX. The reason we choose EvoX was, pricing, support and the integrations offered.

But there are scenarios where our colleagues find it difficult when it comes to EvolutionX, sometimes due to delays in support (not all the time) and with the integrations part.
