Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

We use ExakTime as a timekeeping system as well as job specific time allowing us to put labor costs to specific jobs. I track sick and vacation days.

  • improved job costing
  • reduced manual figuring of labor costs
Allows me to know where my employees are and how much time is spent at a specific job site
The conversion from time to reporting ie: 60 minutes versus 100 minutes confuses employees when receiving their pay stubs.
Have not used a different time keeping system.

I find ExakTime easy to use. I am able to run reports that give me the specifics for job costing of labor.
