Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

At our manufacturing facility, ExakTime allows our company to track employee working hours precisely and efficiently.
  • Hourly time tracking.
  • Location accuracy.
  • There are multiple steps an employee needs to take to clock out.
  • greatly improved our time tracking accuracy.
The Geolocation option has been the most helpful for us. For a construction company this allows us to properly assign labor costs to each particular project.
ExakTime has saved us a lot of time when it comes to payroll preparation. Having all employee time data in easy-to-access reports has been a breeze.
Because of requiring the face photo, ExakTime was more secure than most of the time trackers we had considered before.

We chose ExakTime because of the Geofence option. We are allowing our company to see when an employee left the premises without clocking out. With ExakTime, we are able to see precisely how many actual working hours are spent on a project.
