Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime
We use ExakTime to record hours for payroll, separate travel hours from work hours and also to keep honesty when recording time. Honesty is kept because it snaps a picture of the employee's face and a geo fence can be created to ensure they are where they are supposed to be while working and not punching in and out at the hotel or another location.
- record employee work time
- run payroll reports
- batch time entry, ie: for holidays, etc...
- create geo fence for punching
- snap picture of employee when punching
- allow times to be entered without needing to separate line items when manual time entry is past a 12 hour window
- for employee profiles, allow social security numbers to be entered
- allow for more info and functionality to be available on the mobile app for the admin
- allow for a PTO time tracker
- Improved payroll accuracy because we pay down to the minute
- track appropriate breaks
This has had an immense impact on employee honesty.
