Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

We use ExakTime to accurately track hours worked on various jobs. We use it on our desktops, cell phones, and via hornet clocks with key tabs. We also use Account Link to export the time to bring it into our accounting system.

Geolocation is handy for our employees that don't come in to the main office. The hornet clocks work well in our dirty construction environment.
It is very easy to use. I have trained several people and it is very user-friendly and easy for new hires to pick up quickly.

ExakTime is well suited for a company with multiple locations, groups of employees, and needs as far as collecting time. ExakTime may be overkill for a company with only one location that doesn't need to track time against multiple projects.
