Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime
All of our employees log in on their cell phones each workday remotely on location. They also indicate job name, type of work, and start and finish times--and we are able to tell where they were at the time of the log-in. We use a standard format questionnaire at log-in to determine health status regarding COVID-19 exposure or not. We are able to get reports on the hours by employee worked on any type of work per day within the work week, including Time and Materials hours, as well as end-of-week statements of hours worked by employee on each type of work. Entering hours worked for payroll is therefore quite simple. The program is user-friendly and extremely intuitive. Will not change to any other system as this one is so useful and easy for both employer and employees.
- Employee logs in and answers health-related questions before beginning work. They remotely provide their own timesheet information, adjustable by the administrator where needed.
- Location at time of login is readily available. Distance from jobsite can be determined at any login.
- Time for lunch is automatically deducted from work hours, logged by type of work interrupted, and easily adjustable by the employer if necessary.
- Reports by employees of time spent on any type of work during the work day and work week are readily available. Work by job name is also available.
- Improved payroll accuracy and employee time breakdown by type of work, greatly reducing the manual data tracking and time spent by employees on such tracking. More time for actual work!
- Employees can interact via field notes while on the job, providing revisions to data entered if appropriate. Improves administrator efficiency as well.
- Reports significantly improve time tracking, positively effecting job costing recordkeeping and evaluation.
Geolocation has resulted in more accurate timekeeping. Type of work log-ins significantly improve recordkeeping for Time and Materials billing purposes. Employee wellness is verifiable prior to starting the workday, and easily verified by the administrator. Log-in by job name simplifies weekly time analysis by employee, team, and job site. Employee satisfaction with ease of recordkeeping has significantly improved the accuracy of data analysis.
