Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime
We utilize ExakTime for our field employees. It's good software; however, we are experiencing issues with the GPS, and the employees cannot clock in. They must turn their GPS off, back on, and then refresh to clock in. If a feature could be integrated to send an email to the employee to say it's now time to approve your timecard for the week, etc., that would be very beneficial. We struggle to motivate the employees to review and double-check their time for the week, and corrections are made after the payroll run has been completed and paid out.

- Errors are not allowing employees to clock in and out. We really struggle with this, and the employees are inside the geofence.
- We spend a lot of time troubleshooting the software.
- Helps with alleviating manual data entry the export feature is very nice.
I think we are getting more accurate labor tracking.
