Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

ExakTime has been great at preventing "buddy clock-in" issues, verifying employees are on job sites when they are supposed to be, and eliminating paying false overtime.
  • Time tracking.
  • Geofences
  • GPS breadcrumbs while clocked in.
  • Have an option to remove previous employees, especially after months or years of no longer being with the company.
  • Increased payroll accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lowered overtime costs.
Geolocation and photo ID capture help identify employees who are not being truthful about location and arrival/departure times at job sites.
"Stop" and "Go" could not be easier for some of our more electronically challenged crew. It's made time tracking much easier and decreased errors from the field, which has reduced time spent on payroll.
