Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Exclaimer is a no-brainer for creating unified email signature branding regardless of what type of device is used to send emails. You can create fully custom signatures, though it can be a bit cumbersome at times.

Rule flows seem complex and tedious. The signature designer sometimes glitches or doesn't display the actual font/color in the settings area.

Flexibility

We've used scheduled signatures periodically, but it's usually so complex to implement due to us having separate signatures for various situations. I would love the ability to set up a manual flow/pipeline that signatures follow based on various scenarios instead of everything being in the same linear pipeline.

There are various rules you can set up to apply certain signatures to emails, but some of the options there seem to be a bit lacking (e.g., no out-of-the-box way to use separate server-side signatures for replies vs. new messages without setting up overly complex rule structures). Service seems very reliable and integrates well with Azure Active Directory.
