Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer to simplify our email signatures in the workplace. This makes our job easier because we do not need to deploy a signature to a workstation (hoping that it will be online), and all user signatures are the same. It works great for our marketing team as they can add banners at any given time to show on commercial emails.
  • Remote Signature Management.
  • Quick Changes - The client machine gets the updated signature on the next email.
  • Drag and drop; no coding required.
  • The ability to edit some of the signatures, so that our marketing team can add banners, but not modify the rest.
  • Multiple visibility filters at the same time would be handy.
  • Photos grabbed from Active Directory.
  • Time has been saved by a lot, knowing that every machine has the same signature and does not require manual intervention to install it.
As of yet, we have not used these features.
As a cyber essentials plus member, we like to only use companies that are safe and secure. Exclaimer is exactly that.

For us, Exclaimer is well suited for the I.T. department. We can rest easy knowing that everyone is emailing out with the same signatures instead of half-deployed ones that were previously on local machines. It's also great for our commercial/sales team, which can email out custom banners that are centrally managed.
