Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use exclaimer to automatically and centrally manage the insertion of the company signature in the email, standardizing formats, logos, and banners.

  • A well-designed email signature gives a more professional appearance to our company.
  • Efficiency: Every minute of time saved counts.
  • An email signature with the correct information allows us to provide each contact with direct and important information automatically without having to set up new banners and logos every time.
  • Branding: Standardizing the graphics and content of the email signature makes us more recognizable to our contacts.
  • Marketing: Now we are able to insert banners to provide information for the events where our company is present, automatically in all our colleagues' signatures.

We have created four templates to manage all our company areas. Each template has a different logo and banner. Also, we have managed our sub-company with three other templates.

A good email signature can spread awareness of our brand, with the aim of publicizing special offers, events, and more automatically and quickly broken down by ASA and thus drive traffic to our targets.
