Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use the Exclaimer signature on a day to day basis when sending an email. This help us to protect all the emails disclaimer and all emails has the automatic signature added so anyone wont fake the signature.
  • Attaching the signature automatically.
  • There's a logs incase any error
  • Easy to use.
  • The new interface is a bit difficult rather than the old one
  • it helps the marketing when added the banner on the signature
Exclaimer surely has this features and everyone needs it specially when it's a big company with about 100 email to look at. this feature is really important to have which Exclaimer does.
Since it's a cloud base the benefits of its is really usefull as you can amend any signature as long as you have an internet connection and it is very straight forward. the fact that it has a 2fa enable this is more secured.
We were using manual signature before then we tried the Exclaimer and we stick with it. we applied it to our other client as well.

The Exclaimer signature is perfect for all company when it comes to automated signature. This can help the company to make sure all the email sent from the company email will have the correct signature and changing it to everyone is useful since nowadays there's a banner on the signature and instead it doing manually it can apply at once.
