Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer to standardise email signatures across a range of divisions and sending devices, ensuring consistency of branding. It leverages Azure Active Directory so we have a single source of truth in terms of contact information, role titles etc. without incurring additional overhead. The scheduling element allows us to forward plan marketing campaigns, announcements and similar via or users email signatures.
- It allows use to schedule the presence of banner messages in our email signatures
- Pulls information from Azure Active Directory, removing the need to maintain contact information seperately
- Applies signatures server side, ensuring that consistent messaging is always present.
- Copying elements from one signature to another would be helpful, we use a modularised approach (multiple 'signatures') to build a single signature
- Opening Exclaimer in multiple tabs to allow side by side comparison when editing and especially when testing (signature tester) occasionally results in changes not being applied.
- Exclaimer has simplified email signature management for our business, with the old client side methods (on client Outlook signatures) no longer suitable in a hybrid working environment.
Scheduling the release and withdraw of different email signatures has allowed forward planning for our marketing department and removed out of hours work for our IT department - a win win scenario.
We have not benefited from this element, although like a cyber attack - you rarely hear about the preventive work.
We use customer thermometer to survey our customers, it is a good product although the multi user (login) licensing is puzzling - aren't we paying for the product in terms of thermometers - why should additional logins to review the results incur a cost?
