Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Exclaimer is a great tool to unify the signature experience from our organization. We had trouble getting a consistent signature applied individually, but with exclaimer, we no longer have this issue. We build templates for each job type and for special marketing campaigns. All users are affected by the new exclaimer system and it has made new user setups much easier.

We have not used this feature
The connection to our data is secure and that is important to our company's security policy. Keeping our data safe is a requisite for all vendors and exclaimer accomplishes this.

I recommend exclaimer to any organization that uses email. A consistent brand and user experience is important and controlling the information that your users share via signature is critical. Exclaimer does all of this. It provides the functionality, but the content needs to come from the organization, including graphics and info. Make sure your systems have complete and up to date info.
