Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We wanted to avoid each user having their own customizable signature.
IT was also tasked with manually changing the over 300 users' signatures on each device.
This was a time consuming and resource wasteful task.
With exclaimer we have a centralized signature management system to remotely setup and enforce the signature for all the users.
Our users use a variety of windows, apple and android devices, both old and newer versions.
Our email infrastructure is 365 based and exclaimers integration has massively reduced the amount of time necessary to change the companies signatures.
Pros
- Signature enforcement
- single interface management of the signatures
- great 365 Exchange integration
Cons
- Signature design is not html based
- MAC Client-side integration is a bit complex
- Drastically reduced IT involvement of signature setting
- Technically un-proficient users don't require to intervene to set it.
- Has helped with regulatory compliance of the legal team
- Unification and optimization of a single brand image throughout the company
Signature customization works well once setup correctly,
it does require some trial and error before it works correctly though.
It allows for the exclusion or inclusion of specific signatures designed for specific addresses.
This can also be managed with time requirements and/or text in the body of the email itself
I have not been able to verify the security of the systems.
I have recently taken over using codetwo for different client.
I've not yet had enough experience to form an informed opinion on the two.
