Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365
Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Exclaimer was implemented to address consistency and control issues in our corporate email system. It needed to be centrally managed, integrate with Outlook, and support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android email clients.
Pros
- Ease of use with outlook
- Simple integration with corporate system
- Central management of multiple templates
- Agile software allowing for variations upon demand
Cons
- Improved graphic control
- Ability to add a temporary message to a signature without creating a unique template
- Decrease in management hours on signature lines
- Improved constancy and brand recognition
- Decrease in time needed to design and implement changes
We are not using this feature yet. There are some plans for future use.
It allowed us to integrate the software with a minimum of concerns.
I have reviewed different software packages over the last 20 years. Integration to Domino and now Exchange/Outlook were easy to find but had issues. Exclaimer answered my concerns about security, ease of use and control.
