Exclaimer Review

We use Exclaimer to simplify signature management and provide a consistent and on-brand corporate image to our customers and suppliers. We also use it provide marketing information within our emails. Installing and configuring the platform is easy and can be completed in a few hours. The solution is simple to use and seamless to our users.

Our requirements for Exclaimer are simple and are limited to simple signature management. If we had business requirements for the scheduling then we'd use the features. One area we do use putting #tags in email subjects to send form data to our customers. They simply have to reply to the email with the completed information - great facility.

I am aware of the security standards operated by Exclaimer and they are re-assuring to know. As far as our business taking direct advantage of the additional security features, I'm afraid not. The features are not directly required for our needs. If the requirement changes in future, we'll review and implement.
