Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Expensify is being used by our organization as way for our employees to submit their expenses and upload receipts. It is being used by all the employees in the organization who incur expenses. It allows us to keep track and monitor expenses to make sure that they were business-related and not personal expenses.

- Very simple to sync your expenses to QuickBooks.
- The customer support is very helpful if you run into trouble.
- They provide an extensive manual for employees.
- Wish there was a way to change tags on multiple items at once after expense report was approved.
- Sometimes receipts for employees don't attach.
- Sometimes system made it so the report was submitted to wrong approver.

I think Expensify is well suited for a smaller company because it is easier for one person to manage all the expense reports that way. With a public company of 1000+ employees it may take a while and would probably work better if multiple administrators looked over the reports. Other than that it is very simple to use and has been great so far.
