Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We use Expensify as our reimbursement platform, and it’s very user-friendly. Submitting invoices—whether for travel, meals, or other expenses—is quick and intuitive. You can upload receipts directly from your phone or desktop, and the system walks you through the process step-by-step. One of the features I appreciate most is the real-time tracking, which shows the status of each submission and whether it’s been approved or reimbursed. It also sends helpful reminders and notifications. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes the reimbursement process smoother for employees

  • When adding a receipt and adding it to a report, it would be helpful if it was more easy to upload several tickets to the same report and for the program to review the whole information not only first page

Expensify is highly user-friendly, with a clean interface and intuitive features that make submitting, approving, and tracking expenses simple and efficient. The mobile app is especially helpful for receipts on the go. I deducted one point only because there’s always room for small improvements or added customizations to fit unique workflows.

It is well-suited for reimbursement, since it is user-friendly. The issue is if you want to submit everything in the same thing, you need to create them at different times, so it takes a lot of time to submit one by one, but overall it is pretty easy to use all the time
