Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

We used Expensify to provide our team with an easy way to submit expenses for reimbursement. We used Expensify to submit receipts for travel, dining, and other various expenses while working. Our company also provided a quarterly benefit to employees, which we were able to easily track and submit receipts for purchases by using the Expensify app.

Pros

  • Easy to upload receipts with a variety of file types
  • Saves time by smart reading the files you upload
  • The app is sleek, fast, and intuitive

Cons

  • The auto-scanning feature on receipts didn't work 100% of the time. However, it was extremely easy to fix any errors manually, so this wasn't much of an issue for me.
  • The ease of use, accuracy, and speed of uploads allowed me to feel comfortable spending my own money on business expenses. I knew that everything would be tracked, reported, and I could keep tabs on my reimbursement at any time.
The app was extremely intuitive and easy to use. I never had any issues finding any features or settings without the need for additional help. I am also comparing it to the current platform we use, which has been more cumbersome and confusing as a user. With Expensify, I knew how to upload expenses and never had any issue looking up past details or reports.

Yes

Expensify is highly recommended for tracking and managing expenses and issuing reimbursements. It's also ideal for generating reports on individual or teamwide spending. As an employee, this was my only and primary use case for Expensify and it worked extremely well. I actually prefer it to the platform that our team switched to.
