Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

I use Expensify to monitor all expenses related to every client that I have. It makes it extremely easy for me to track, save and monitor the progress the expenses related to each of my clients, as well as my staff. Highly recommended

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Affordable
  • Web as well as App interfaces

Cons

  • Add a custom field for expense reimbursements
  • It certainly has a positive impact while allowing a simple way to monitor expenses and keep honest employees honest
Extremely easy and user friendly
Concur has an integration to the CRM system, perhaps more robust with travel options, but it's also more complicated to use in my opinion. An overkill for a small business

Well suited for any organization that need to track expenses. I have also used it for personal use, so I am not sure where it won't be a good fit. Perhaps if need to have the expenses integrated with a CRM system, but I don't have an issue with that personally
