Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Our on the road salesmen use Expensify for the trip expenses. It creates a paperless system for us, and the whole process from them entering receipts, to submitting their expense report electronically, to getting reimbursed electronically is incredibly smooth. Couldn't imagine going back to paper.

Pros

  • provides paperless workflow
  • works seamlessly

Cons

  • would love to be able to have it suggest vendor names using AI as it sees what we do on a recurring basis
  • it seems to go offline several times a month, would like to see that tighten up
  • saves time by reducing paper, therefore saves money in the long run
app is easy to use
