Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Expensive helps me solve the issue of organizing all my tickets from my job as a Tour director for EF. I collect all purchase tickets and upload them to expensify in specific categories —pre-set by my company— to arrange them by day, quantity, type of expense, under specific reports, etc. These way there is transparency in this easy to use platform.

Cons

Sometimes it gets frozen and I lose the info. But it has been getting better
UI could improve a little to make it even easier to use

The hours of work I save are incredible
Easy way to save all relevant info that I would otherwise loose

I think it’s easy once you’ve become familiarized with it. UI could improve a bit

For freelancers in Spain who need to justify their expenses and prepared reports for the Spanish IRS I think it’s a good tool. Otherwise for people like me who work as a freelance and need to justify their expenses to the hiring company.
