Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
Expensify is great for tracking, submitting, and approving personal business expenses. Compared to other software I've used, this is far and away a cleaner feel and more user-friendly. Even the mobile version is easy to use. The auto scan feature is handy, I can quickly upload a receipt so I don't forget and then come back later and check that all the details are correct.
I don't go on many long business trips requiring flights, but I do have to log miles occasionally, and the create from map tool makes it easy to get everything entered. Finding past reports and expenses is convenient also.

Pros
- Doesn't bombard me with pointless emails
- Clean user interface
- Easy receipt upload process
- Map tool for creating mileage expenses
Cons
- The "Insights" page is neat, but not particularly useful
- Sometimes I need to submit a two page receipt or supporting docs and only one page uploads
- I assume this saves time for both the submitter and approver
