Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Expensify for occasional travel expenses and claiming back monthly subscriptions. Very organized and methodical compared to the old corporate spreadsheet template we would use to submit our expenses. Now we just scan in or attach receipts/invoices and generate a PDF to send to the accounts department. This definitely addresses the complexity involved in gathering and organizing expenses for submission.

I think it's especially suited to small to medium enterprises or new companies that might not have an established process in place. Organisations that are seeking to streamline their expensing processes at low cost. Travelling reps that lose track of their receipts can use their phone to scan them all in, in real time. Get coffee, scan receipt - simple. No need to spend hours at the computer trying to meet your expenses deadlines.
