Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

I have been using Expensify since 2016 in two different companies. I used both the free version (because every penny counts in a startup) and the paid version as our requirements grew.

Having done Excel expense reports for more than 20 years, I just LOVE how it makes the task easy and fast--including currency conversion, tips, car miles calculation...

Expensify is a must-have in my set of tools to run a company efficiently.

Pros

  • Receipt ingestion with OCR
  • Matching up receipts and CC charges for currency exchange and tip inclusion
  • Calculate car trip miles

Cons

  • I can't think of a weak feature in their product
  • Saving so much time in expense reporting
Their user interface is slick and intuitive.

I am not giving a 10/10 because the settings can be a bit confusing at times, but it's nothing that's a burden.
