Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We unexpectedly lost a technician who was bringing in the vast majority of revenue for a particular branch in our company and we needed to replace him IMMEDIATELY. We used this service to contact as many people as we had available and as quickly as we could to fill the position - and we did just that! The CSV upload made it much easier than I expected.
  • Uploading a list of contacts via CSV.
  • Simple layout/UI
  • Functions well and is easy to set up.
  • We had a very simple operation and EZ Text did exactly what we needed it to. Don't really have much constructive criticism, unfortunately.
  • We potentially could have lost upwards of $500,000 had we not gotten someone to take the place of the person who left us hastily and skillfully.
I didn't search long before EZ Texting popped up, so I really couldn't expand on this.
In our case we had a massive public list of tradesmen that we could slap into a CSV and upload straight into EZText. It was a easy, quick way to reach out to lots of a particular list of people. I would think this kind of thing is useful for more than just looking for people to fill a position, but I can imagine it would be useful to anyone who needs to reach out to large swathes of people with very, very little work/input.
