We use EZ Texting to track radio leads with hyperlinks. It allows us to acquire insights currently not being used in this medium.

Pros and Cons

Pros

EZ Texting is very responsive to quick changes.
They are great at providing information to understand the platform and utilize to full potential.

Cons

I need better, relevant reporting. I do not currently have a trustworthy report for link clicks.
Simpler account/shortcode management and billing would be helpful.
Smarter segmentation techniques/capabilities.

Return on Investment

EZ Texting has allowed us to add a new layer of tracking.
