Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to track radio leads with hyperlinks. It allows us to acquire insights currently not being used in this medium.
- EZ Texting is very responsive to quick changes.
- They are great at providing information to understand the platform and utilize to full potential.
- I need better, relevant reporting. I do not currently have a trustworthy report for link clicks.
- Simpler account/shortcode management and billing would be helpful.
- Smarter segmentation techniques/capabilities.
- EZ Texting has allowed us to add a new layer of tracking.
