We use this platform to as an easy way for our clients to authorize certain actions the client needs to take as well as for mass communication to our clients.
- The UI is very easy to manage in.
- The product is very simple to use.
- I would like to see more comprehensive reporting available.
- A feature that allows inbound messages to be separated into sub inboxes. This would allow different departments use the texting feature without overlapping their inbound messages.
- We have seen an increase in our client engagement.
