Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EZ Texting to relay pertinent, timely information to our members. Every year, we elect a new president and allow that individual access to EZ Texting so that he/she can communicate quickly and efficiently with our members.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Information can instantaneously be communicated to members.
A record of all messages can be maintained.
A log of how many members actually received the message.

Cons

I was hoping that the limited amount of characters could be expanded.
Change the restrictions to certain words not being acceptable. I'm not referring to crude or vulgar language, just simple words that for some reason are not acceptable.

Return on Investment

It meets our need for information communication.

Likelihood to Recommend

In our case, we only use it to relay information to members that used to be stated in emails or telephone trees. EZ Texting is by far, faster and more efficient.
