We use EZ Texting for updating our customer with important events or special store hours and promotions.
Pros
- integrates easily with our email marketing software
- easy to use interface
- decent price for text
Cons
- better organization of contacts
- some type of delivery reports or filter to remove bad phone numbers
- more clarity on fees and charges
- templates for "keyword" campaigns
- we have good customer feedback on our demonstration updates
- customers may not know this is a blast and feel like this is a personal text (good)
- cost and pay-as-you-go feature need some better clarity
[Constant Contact and EZ Texting} work together and do not offer the same services
