Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our company is using EZ Texting as a platform for those needing support during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Having an app allows our therapists on call to log into the app and text those who do not have the ability to make a phone call.

  • Allows us to communicate via text
EZ Texting was a simple app to set up and it was easily explained to users.
Our employees learned how to use the EZ Texting app right away, and it was very beneficial to have such a simple platform for them to use.
EZ Texting is well suited for an alternate texting phone number. However, it is not appropriate for larger companies that would benefit from automatic responses or from tracking which user is responding to which conversation
