Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We are using it to help stay connected with franchise sales leads.

Pros

  • Drip Campaigns: Incredibly important to keep our message at the forefront of potential leads' minds.
  • Groups: We have different categories for leads, and the contact groups help us manage them differently.
  • Text to Landline: As an added benefit, we can receive texts directly at our existing landline number.

Cons

  • There have been times when I canceled a single message in a text drip, and the next one still schedules and sends, and other times when it does not. I'd prefer that it does, unless I specifically move it to another group.
  • I'd love to be able to pause and re-start a single number in a drip campaign (basically, an easier way to manage the above situation).
  • It's too soon to tell if we have gained any sales specifically. Unfortunately, we really ramped up our efforts right before the pandemic started, and restaurant sales have trailed off a bit since then, but seem to be picking back up.
Immediately. The software is super easy to learn and implement.
It was really easy to set up my drip campaigns once I figured out what subscription I needed.
The few issues I have had were handled quickly and to my satisfaction.
I believe it just had the most straightforward description of the service and was the best option to cover both drip campaigns and text to landline, which were the two services I was most interested in.
I'm really not sure as far as mass texting B2C, but it is working well for the small groups we send franchise sales reminders to.
