EZ Texting needs some improvement, but has been relatively useful at my restaurant.

Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

It's being used by the host on 2 different iPads as well as myself on my iPhone when I'm not at the restaurant.
  • Texting a landline is convenient so that you don't have to have multiple phone numbers.
  • Convenient that it's on an iPhone, iPad, and computer.
  • The text messages come in late and/or in the wrong order. Sometimes the beginning of a text will come in hours after the end of the text arrives.
  • We often don't see notifications until after we refresh the app.
  • it allows me to spend less time on the phone.
I was able to get it up and running right away, within a few hours.
It's very user friendly, it just doesn't work very well.
It doesn't allow us to send pictures or emojis.
We need better notifications, and also need the texts to be received in the correct order. It's useful for sending texts to guests and answering short questions.
