Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to stay in direct contact with our clients. Realizing more and more people are staying away from email, we wanted to find a communication avenue that would be efficient and effective and capture the attention of our client community. So far the results have been amazing. The response rate has been the highest we’ve ever seen with any of our campaigns and will play a bigger role in our future marketing strategies.
  • We are having a substantial uptick in responses versus using email. We are seeing a response rate of 90-95%, while only 13-17% for email.
  • Video content is huge for our business. We can send a specific text to a specific client with a specific video, allowing us to be more precise with our marketing.
  • With COVID, we needed to keep the foot traffic manageable and have an effective way to communicate with our clients. This has proved to be the most efficient way to stay connected.
  • There isn’t an Android app or support.
  • Notifications don’t always go through.
  • Would like to see a timed automated calendar system in the future
  • Easy way for our clients to stay connected and reach out with feedback and concerns. It seems to be the preferred method of communication for most people.
  • We can send links for booking appointments online, which has led to an increase in business.
  • Realized we were losing the business of people trying to text our landline. Now it’s a textable number.
We noticed after about the first month of playing with all the functions and features that we had learned it pretty quickly. We had 3 new clients in the first week of using it. It’s been phenomenal!
It’s a great plug and play system. I manage an industry where most practitioners aren’t too tech-savvy. This is an easy way to allow them to work with an efficient communication tool without requiring tremendous amounts of training.
It’s clear most of the tech support is based in other countries outside the US. Communication can be challenging at times. Certain concepts, ideas, and issues aren’t always understood and require more explanation.
As they say, a picture is worth 1000 words. This has been a great feature and tool for us to use to help us connect viable content to our clients. Sometimes we need to share a chart or diagram to convey deeper information. This allows us to connect it to an individual or even a team or group.
We have yet to try that feature but are happy that it’s a part of the service.
EZ Texting has been phenomenal for getting the attention of clients in a world that’s growing more with digital distractions and disconnections. We love the ease of use, streamlined functionality, and support EZ texting offers.

Between sending texts to individual clients or lists of clients, we can really be as specific or broad with our digital marketing as we need to be.

We love that we can send photo and video content to our clientele to create a more enriching communication experience. We are very satisfied with the service EZ Texting offers.
