Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Our entire organization used EZ Texting with oversight by our communications department. Each ministry was able to access the software and send texts, but had to have them approved by my department.

  • Pricing for large volume customers.
  • Open rate is higher than email.
  • Response rates are much higher.
EZ Texting really is easy! It only took 5-10 minutes to get to a place where we could send our first text. We were about to easily import our contacts and segment them per group. Sending texts vs. emails saw an immediate return in read rates and responses.
The back end of the software is very easy to use and understand. It was a very important part of our selection of this tool because we needed a large number of people to be able to access and use the software with little to no training. The level of tech knowledge of our communicators was varied from very high to very low, so this was a great fit.
Every time we had an issue or a question our account rep was fast in responding and had the answers we needed!
We didn't use this feature.
Keywords were a big part of our strategy because we wanted people to be able to opt in to get info that was specific to them and their interests. We didn't always get the keywords we wanted because they were shared, but we were able to find ones that worked well so our people could easily use them.
EZ Texting is well suited to any medium-sized organization that wants to keep connected to their people through texting. It's easy to get started and easy have people opt-in to groups. Large organizations that need a dedicated short code or have fluctuating volumes month-to-month may want to research to see if it fits their needs.
