Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use it to communicate with our clients.
  • Lets you see entire conversation history.
  • Can receive pictures.
  • Customer service on the phone, it's nonexistent. No one answers the phone.
  • Put on the send screen if text went thru so I don't have to switch to another screen.
  • Quick communication regarding scheduled appointments.
Just a few clicks and I was in.
Simple to learn and teach.
When I call with an issue, no one ever picks up, ever. Communication eventually is through text which is kinda ok.
Clients have sent us pictures.
I do not use this feature.
I only have EZ Texting.
