Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We love using EZ Texting. It is such a helpful service for our college in being able to communicate with both lead prospects as well as our current student body. It is by far the communication process that gets the best responses from our audience. We couldn't be happier with our account with EZ Texting.

Implementation with EZ texting was as easy as it can be. Once we created our login and our password, it was a simple process because of the directions provided. We also found it extremely easy to implement the keywords as well. I am very happy with how easy it was to set up.
Again the service was extremely friendly. I am not someone who is very tech savvy and it was still very simple for me to use. If I can do it then anyone can use this service. Whether you are old or young you can definitely figure it out in a matter of minutes.
The tech support at EZ Texting is amazing. They are there all the time and are available to chat or to talk on the phone. They are all very friendly individuals who have a very calming tone and will make sure that you walk away satisfied. They are very professional.
This feature couldn't be any easier. I am very happy with how easy it is to use.
These keywords are extremely valuable to use. We use them on all of our advertisements.
We don't use any other product like EZ Texting because it is the only service we need.
Again it is so useful for us as we attempt to communicate with our potential leads. We use it for both the keywords, in which we put a keyword on our outdoor advertising and individuals respond directly to those keywords, and also for text blasts that we send out to potential students who might not have responded to us otherwise.
