Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We were looking for a replacement for having iPads on-site for customer acquisition forms. What we decided was that having users text a shortcode to access the forms via their mobile device was an easier, on-the-go solution, reducing technical debt, and preventing us from having to buy new hardware to maintain our workflow. We're a portfolio of brands and two of our brands used EZ Texting at many activations.

We were literally up and running in minutes. The platform is self-serve. I was able to create 10 short codes, buy credits for the SMS auto-responders, set those responses up, see where responses come, where to export the results, and test its functionality in under an hour. We noticed results the minute after our ads using our shortcode went up during the event. People are comfortable using SMS to opt-in and provide feedback.
EZ Texting provided us a code-free SMS/MMS program. It's intuitive and did not require IT resources to set up anything. It has a free tier so my suggestion is to set that up and see how easy it is for yourself before investing. If you can use an email program, you can use EZ Texting to send out a campaign.
Sending picture messages with EZ Texting is like sending an email with an attachment. In the same way, you would send a SMS campaign, you compose a new message, type out your text, use their link tool if applicable, and attach an image. They handle the delivery of most modern image types flawlessly.
Keywords are required for how we use EZ Texting. In most plans, they are included for free which is nice. I was able to buy more pretty easily when we wanted to measure the efficiency of our advertising in different locations at the same time. The pricing is on average for the keywords and it really helped us narrow down what and where was working best.
Using EZ Texting
1 - Our digital marketing team is the only user of the platform. It's easy to export leads and import them into other systems so no IT accounts or anything was required for us.
