Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting across our organization. We use it primarily for calls to action in live scenarios but also for quick CTA's in promotional content.

  • You can't change some of the SMS auto-reply language.

You can be up and running within 30 minutes. Very quick.
They give you a visual preview of what text messages will look like. This is very simple and easy to understand.
Support helped us with a custom plan that ended up saving money because we needed quite a few keywords and they bundled them together.
We haven't sent MMS.
We use keywords a lot as calls to action in-person and through promo content. We find people like doing this more than entering a URL.
Twilio will be cheaper but more involved technically.
Good for quick simple setup. If you'd like to save money, you can get into more technical details and do so by going direct with a company like Twilio.
