Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We have been using EZ Texting for 3 years, as an effective way to communicate with our employees. During winter, we are able to send weather alerts such as shut-downs, or delays. Our employees are also able to send us texts to inquire about information during their employment. We also have a keyword set up for applicants to request online applications.

It was extremely easy to set up, customer support assisted the organization on setting up our landline as a texting number. It has been extremely beneficial to have our landline as a texting number.
It is easy to use, fast to set up, and receivers can respond.
Sometimes the receiver is able to send a screenshot of what they are seeing so we can better assist them with their inquiry.
Communication with our employees has improved, we are able to respond to messages in a timely manner.
