Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use EZ Texting to keep in touch with our customers and to contact new inquirers who have opted in for messages.
- handles Opt-Outs
- accepts contacts easily
- allows me to review past campaigns and messages
- can't think of anything major
- sometimes it confuses my co. account ID's with phone numbers, but we have a work-around.
the previous user showed me how to perform the text functions
