We have a 30-acre working ranch, complete with a farm store, right here on the property. We use EZ texting to notify our customer base when we have specials or new products in the store. This is a huge time saver for us, and our customers receive the text messages right away, where they may not receive or open an email for days, if ever.

- Customers, as well as potential customers, do not seem to have any issue, providing their phone numbers for text messages as opposed to receiving countless emails.
- Upselling items has improved considerably due to our ability to notify customers of new products and specials that we are offering in the store.
I am not always in a creative mindset; sometimes, I need to get my message out to our customers quickly and efficiently. I can do that by using the AI feature. On more than one occasion, our customers have commented about enjoying the messages they received from us.
