Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

I used EZ Texting for an event - XO Summit - where 50+ of our portfolio CEOs come together for a 3-4 day summit. I was able to send pre-event, during event and post event details to them seamlessly! I categorized them into groups, etc. I also had a separate group for our staff. I was able to send to the specific stakeholders really quickly, and preview which was a big deal to me. Pictures and links were easier with EZ Texting than other options I've tried as well!

  • Categorizing into groups.
  • Allowing customized sends for your different groups.
  • Allowing emojis, links and pictures.
  • Drafts don't save well, seemed like I kept having to redo the same text because a draft wouldn't save.
  • I want to be able to click and update users quickly, but there were too many steps to add/remove people from lists.
  • The app didn't work if I used google SSO - i couldn't ever get signed in.
  • Improved survey results post-event on "during event" comms.
  • Improved attendance at different events.
  • Allowed for two way comms which was awesome.
It was easy to use, but I didn't realize some functionality until later. I'm not sure I would've attended a training session, so it's nice to just try it and use it!

We loved it for our event. This is not likely your target customer use case, but we loved it!! We were able to schedule to send all of our reminders, locations, event details etc!
