Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to build stronger, more personal connections with our customers, making communication direct and engaging. From promoting our free classes and products to sending exclusive weekly texts to members of one of our programs, it keeps our community informed, involved, and excited!

Pros

  • Easy Sign-Up form creation
  • Allows the creation of campaigns for all contacts, large groups, or targeted smaller groups
  • The ability to schedule texts ahead of time

Cons

  • More flexible contact segmentation. We’d love the ability to send messages to all contacts while easily excluding specific groups, ensuring that certain audiences don’t receive irrelevant messages. This added functionality would make our campaigns more precise and efficient.
  • We are currently researching the full impact of EZ Texting on our business objectives. However, we’ve already seen increased engagement and participation, which we anticipate will contribute to higher client retention and growth in our membership programs.
I rated EZ Texting a 9 because it’s easy to use and simplifies communication with our audience. The only drawback (as I mentioned) is the lack of advanced segmentation, which would make targeting specific groups even more efficient and reduce manual work.

It's great for quickly interacting with our clients and audience, whether it’s sending reminders, promoting free classes, or keeping our community engaged with weekly updates. However, it’s less ideal for more complex audience segmentation, as we’d love more flexibility in excluding specific groups when sending messages to all contacts.
