Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to send messages to our restaurant clients such as coupons, specials and new menu item notifications. It helps us to bring in our clients more often. We are a small restaurant so we are slowly growing our list and trying to find new ways to use the text service.

Pros

  • The AI assistance in writing the texts is a great addition and helps to improve our messages to our customers.
  • The website is very easy to use and not difficult to navigate.

Cons

  • None - we enjoy the use of the website
  • It gives us a way to interact with our customers
It is very simple to use, especially the AI assistance.
AI Compose gives us great wording and we love that it can make the message sounds more formal or more fun and casual based on what we select
EZ Texting was just better priced, easier to use
