Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

In past nonprofits we have used EZ Texting to connect directly w. board members and other stakeholders. We have also used the system during events to encourage folks to donate during a particular point in the program.

Pros

  • Adding/Deleting contacts from a group
  • Creating new text groups
  • Allowing the user to add emojis and images to make the message for engaging

Cons

  • The invoice system does not show an example of the text(s) sent and only how much it costs. Having the text example would help nonprofits to allocate expenses to specific budget lines
  • EZ Texting brings an ease to following up with guests
Simple use interface, could use some updating to bring the system up to speed

Sending stakeholders a call to action is a great way to use EZ Texting. Using EZ Texting to send meeting reminders to staff, volunteers, or board members is not an appropriate way to use the platform
