Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use EZ Texting to be able to communicate with clients that we are typically not able to get a hold of on the phone. It is a great tool, to contact them because a lot of people now at day's do not pick up a phone number that they do not know. We are then able to either recruit them as an employee, fix their policy or get a reinstatement.

The way that we receive new messages, color or highlight them differently. I have to at times sort to find who messaged me.
A way to save or highlight a message to view later

Easy to manage, and the task bar of the screen.

I have honestly not used the AI aspect of EZ Texting. Therefore, unfortunately I cannot give you any feedback regarding this tool.
