Overall Satisfaction with Figma

After several attempts to use Adobe Creative Cloud, we sought a more collaborative cloud-based solution. Figma is doing this perfectly. Leveraging the same functionalities as Adobe, we can now collaborate more effectively and review results real live with designers. By connecting pages together we can also achieve what XD would serve.

  • Simplicity.
  • File management.
  • Team management.
  • Design creation.
  • Branding creation.
Figma offers better pricing and is much simpler to use. The easy web or desktop app is effective and enough, no need for complicated solutions that Adobe provides. It can do pretty much everything we need it to do, however, Adobe will still dominate the space of design with its functions.
Figma has well-documented support and tutorials, we did not really require any support. The product is self-explanatory and any designer will be able to use it without any training. While some functions may differ, users quickly get used to them. Similarly, with shortcuts, they are easy and quick to get used to.

Figma will be more suited for smaller companies with a few designers. However, this could also be leveraged by enterprises seeking alternatives to their Adobe Creative Cloud products. Its pricing is simple, however, it can quickly go up with the number of users involved. Collaboration happens live and this is just what's needed for rapid developments.
